UNIT OF MEASURE FOR THE COOKING TIME (or permanence)

Products of this line allow to instantaneously measure the duration of a process : for example, the cooking time of bread, vegetables, etc; drying, welding or desiccation time of products. They allow keeping under control time through the local indication; they are fitted with settable thresholds (alert for minimun or extreme speed), analog aoutput to control from remote the measuring and manage the foreseen corrective actions. The version with impulsive input (proximity, photocells, encoders) allows to the length of the hoven, the unit of measure for time (seconds, minutes), the relation between input pulses and covered distance. The version with analog inut ca be easily set in self-learning mode linking the permanence time with an assigned speed.
